Cancellation Policy
At Charm Pole Dance Studio (hereinafter referred to as "the Studio"), we have established the following policies regarding cancellations and refunds of reservations in order to ensure that our customers can use our services with peace of mind.
Please be sure to check the details before making a reservation or purchase.

Regarding cancellations of lesson and studio rentals
Cancellations for lessons and studio rentals must be made by 10:00 PM one day prior to the scheduled date. If the cancellation is made after this deadline, regardless of the reason, a cancellation fee of 100% of the rental fee will be charged.

Regarding refunds
If you cancel within the cancellation deadline and a refund is due, we will, in principle, refund the amount minus a 3.6% payment processing fee.
The refund method and the timing of when the refund is reflected may vary depending on the payment service or credit card company you use.

Cancellation due to studio circumstances
Please note that we may cancel your reservation due to the instructor's illness, equipment malfunction, or other unavoidable circumstances.
In that case, we will either reschedule the appointment or provide a full refund of the fee for the service you have paid.

About ordering from our online shop
For products sold through our online shop, we generally do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer reasons after the order has been confirmed.
If a product is defective or damaged, or if you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will handle the situation according to the "Return and Exchange Policy" posted on our online shop.
