About the lessons

Trial Lesson
This trial lesson is for those who are new to pole dancing or who want to experience the studio atmosphere. We will start with a warm-up and practice basic movements and simple tricks using the pole. Even if you're thinking, "I want to try it, but I'm not sure...", you can participate with confidence. This trial lesson is for first-time participants only.

Group Lessons: EXOTIC
There are three poles and the class size is limited to six people. This class is for intermediate and advanced pole dancers, and will teach you the footwork, flowing movements, and presentation techniques unique to exotic pole dancing. Through choreography lasting 30 seconds to 1 minute, you will be able to develop movements that combine suppleness and strength. In this class, you will practice the same choreography for two months, allowing you to thoroughly master the movements.
Target level: Intermediate and above
This lesson will be held irregularly. The schedule will be updated around the 20th of each month.

Group Lesson: Spinning
There are three poles and the class size is limited to six people. This class is for those who are becoming more familiar with pole dancing, and will focus on practicing tricks and combinations using a spinning pole. You will learn how to use your strength and flexibility to perform spins and transitions, and step up to more fluid movements. The same tricks will be practiced each time during the same month, and new content will be introduced the following month.
Target level: Beginner to Intermediate
This lesson will be held irregularly. The schedule will be updated around the 20th of each month.

Private lessons
You can take the class without worrying about the people around you or your skill level. You can request tricks you want to try or review that you found on Instagram, etc., and learn how to connect and enter the latest and most stylish tricks.
Target level: Beginner to intermediate

Choreography Production
This plan includes the creation of original choreography for events and shows, along with the necessary choreography training and lessons. It's recommended for those who are unsure about creating their own choreography or who want a polished, professional piece. The choreography will be created to match your desired theme and structure. Production takes at least one month, and typically one to two months. Please apply as soon as possible if interested.
Eligibility: This program is for those who have taken five or more lessons at our studio .

Choreography production for the competition
This plan includes the creation of an original choreography for a pole dance competition, along with the necessary training and lessons. We will work closely with you to develop the theme and structure for the preliminary and final rounds, based on your specific needs. This service is perfect for those who are unsure about creating the choreography themselves or who want a performance that will help them achieve a good result in the competition. Production takes at least one month, and usually one to two months. Please apply well in advance to ensure the choreography is ready in time for your competition.
Eligibility: This program is for those who have taken five or more lessons at our studio .

Online Lessons
Online lessons that you can take from the comfort of your home, without worrying about others or your skill level. We provide careful instruction tailored to each individual's needs, whether it's learning a trick you want to try that you found on Instagram, reviewing a technique you want to practice, or improving a movement you're not good at.
Level: Beginner to Advanced

Eligibility: Limited to those who have previously taken lessons at our studio.
